Ultrasonic skin scrubbers are very safe when used properly. Among other things, this means not overusing it – either in terms of duration of use or frequency of use. Skin spatulas should always be used on moist skin; they are much more effective and much less irritating this way. The best ultrasonic skin scrubbers are waterproof so they are safe to use on moist skin and near the sink.
Shipping & Returns
After your order has been processed, please allow 7-15 business days for your order to arrive in the US (varies by location). International orders can take between 8 – 18 days.
(However, Please make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!).

Yes. Wecavo is an international brand, We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
At Wecavo, we want our customers to be as satisfied as possible, that’s why delivery is FREE no matter the amount of your cart.
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Return & Refund
Did your item arrive damaged or does not fit you? Contact us by e-mail at support@wecavo.com, a member of our team will answer you within 24 hours.
Case 1: Your item does not fit you.
Send us your package to the address we provided you, note that the return costs are at your expense to avoid any abuse by malicious persons. Once your package has been received in our warehouse, we will refund you the totality of your order.
Case 2: your item is damaged.
We will send you back a parcel at our expense.
Billing & Payment
Wecavo accepts several methods of payment, credit card, bank card and Paypal. Please note that only Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
For the moment, we do not accept checks, bank transfers or cash on delivery.
Wecavo uses a certified payment gateway provider. All credit card details are encrypted according to the PCI-DSS standard. Our payment gateway provider has been audited by an independent quality assessor, qualified for PCI security (PCI QUALIFIES SECURITY ASSESSOR QSA), and is certified as a level 1 PCI security provider. This is the most stringent level of certification for payment providers.
The Wecavo brand therefore does not see or store your credit card information.
